Annual Ferguson Invitational
Join the Seena Magowitz Foundation and Summit Fighting.
A Night Where the Fighting Went Beyond the Ring
On January 10, 2026, our community came together for the Inaugural Ferguson Invitational at the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi — a Black Tie evening dedicated to raising funds for the Seena Magowitz Foundation in honor David Ferguson, who passed away in March, 2025 from pancreatic cancer. This historic event featured an exciting lineup of MMA, boxing, bare knuckle, kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu matches.
Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most aggressive and devastating diseases, and the Seena Magowitz Foundation is leading the way in advancing research, improving treatment options, and supporting patients and families. Your donations help honor David’s legacy, fuel lifesaving progress, and bring hope to those currently facing this terrible disease.
Whether you plan to attend next year, are supporting a past or future fighter, honoring the memory of someone you love, or are simply moved to give, thank you for standing with us in this meaningful mission.

HIS LEGACY LIVES ON
While David Ferguson, a longtime trainer, commentator and fixture on the combat sports circuit, passed away from pancreatic cancer earlier this year, his influence lives on through the family he created, the fighters he guided and the efforts Jamie with Summit Fighting now leads to support pancreatic cancer research in his honor.
